That is very good news but I also saw in the LATimes that they will start charging to book seats in regular economy that are just behind premium economy just because they are towards the front of the plane and they can... the article mentioned that Delta was already doing this.
Mona, indeed, UA is joining the crowd of other airlines charging extra for regular economy seats whose only distinction is that they are closer to the front of the plane. For UA, if you are high up enough in their new Corporate Preferred Program, you won't be paying extra for them. Thanks for posting this - having more options is always good. In addition, Prague has very limited service from the US, and I think Naples has none at this time, so these are very useful routes.
