Things to do in Belgium with 12 to 75 year olds

I have 50 musicians touring Europe who are spending 1 week near Bernkastel Kusel. On their day off they would like to visit Belgium. They are aged between 12 and 75. They will be in two coaches so travel to different venues depending on their age and/or interests is possible. The venue needs to be within 2 hours max drive of Bernkastel Kusel on the Mosel. So far I have come up with Malmedy and the Battle of the Bulge Memorial Museum Coo Waterfall and amusement park (has anyone been here?) Bellevaux Brewery I would appreciate any help. Are their any other war sites in the area that they should not miss? Getting desperate!

I would put Bastogne in the don't miss category for WWII. It's within your two-hour drive limit.

Unfortunately the Bastogne Historical Museum appears to have closed in April and the artifacts moved to Brussels. In view of this, is it still worth a visit?

I would drink Ale and eat fries with mayonnaise. :)

What I remember about Bastogne is the impressive monument to the Amercans who defended the town, the Sherman tank turrets at the entrances to the town and being where General McAuliffe said "Nuts" or whatever he said. I don't really remember anything about the museum.

Thanks. Sounds like its worth a visit despite closure of museum. We could incorporate it with a visit to the Battle of the Bulge museum and memorial.
