Interesting, limited in its scope, but balanced. Thanks.
Thanks, David.
For those who don't click through or who are on phones, what does it say?
It outlines looming state regulation of airbnb, especially comparing the similar case of Uber, and how it played out. It relates the hotel industry preferring to be less active (than the taxi industry was with Uber) and letting grass roots residents groups pick up the lobbying.
Interesting.
for what it may be of interest, yesterday a competitor to Uber kicked off in London, claiming that it will be 10% cheaper than them and that the driver will get significantly more take home money. They claim that nearly a quarter of Uber drivers have signed up with them.
So today's disruptor becomes tomorrow's disrupted.
