With the upcoming celebration in the US of Thanksgiving I want to give a shout out of thanks to the kind folks of this forum. I've been touched by the words of encouragement and support expressed to me and to others. So keep up the good work and keep on traveling.

I have been gone the last few days. Did you make it home ok? Hoping all is going well for you!
I am in total agreement with being thankful. I unexpectedly had to extend my trip and flew home yesterday. I was dreading flying so close to the holiday, but the airline agents were amazing and really went the extra mile for me. Alaska Air will be getting a letter from me with praise for the crew.

I'll add to the chain of thanks: for kind people here, the very gracious assistants at the airport who do the handicap access and for the three 'angels" one who helped us find the tram in Amsterdam and two who called us a cab at the train station in Naples
