Have you been to Venice before? If not, what I see is an allotment to it, of less than 2 full days, one of them almost assuredly a time for recuperation from jet lag. I recommend chopping at least a day from elsewhere and adding it to Venice.
Another overly ambitious point is July 12 - 15. You are proposing to drive and see Motovun one day. That would leave two days for three more destinations.

The other heads-up you need to check is that your car rental company allows driving into all the countries on your itinerary.
Finally, you have a lot of one and two night stops. Those are hard on everyone, especially children

Hi and thanks for the answer !

I know 2 night 9one full day) is not a lot for venice but my wife and I already been there 3 days last year. We just want to get over a bit of the jet lag and show that special place to the kids.

I know One night is not ideal (far from it) and we generally try to avoid them,.
