Suggestions for translation app

See a few replies on the Germany thread.

I used Jibbigo. It wasn't expensive, works offline and was generally useful. The voice recognition part never worked worth a darn and you have to buy one app per language - other than that it worked pretty well.

I've used Jibbigo for Japanese and French and have found it to be accurate enough for both languages. Not only does it type out the translation, it also speaks it for you. Not free but it works well so I think it's worth it for just a few dollars.
