Suggestions for Time in Prague, Vienna & Budapest

Current itinerary:

April 21--travel from Nuremberg to Prague--stay in Prague
April 22--stay in Prague
April 23--travel to Vienna, stay in Vienna
April 24--stay in Vienna (possible day trip to Bratislava)
April 25--stay in Vienna
April 26--travel to Budapest--stay in Budapest
April 27, 28, 29, 30--stay in Budapest
May 1--early AM flight to US

So: 2 nights Prague, 3 nights Vienna, 5 nights Budapest

Wondering if I have this out of proportion and need to tweak the nights per city.

Not enough time in Prague? Too much time in Budapest?
FYI--My husband and I are in our 60's, not big history or museum buffs, more interested in local culture, wondering to the explore the cities, shops, restaurants, scenery. We do want to visit one of more of the interesting baths in Budapest.
Thank you!

These three cities need at least 3 nights each, that gives you two full days. Better would be 3 full days. I would change your itinerary to Prague 3 nights, Vienna 3 nights, Budapest 4 nights.

Much as I love Budapest, I do think you need 2 full days in Prague.

It's all according to taste. I would move one night from Vienna to Prague, take an early train to Vienna, then take a late train to Budapest. That gives you 3.5 days in Prague, the equivelent of two full days in Vienna and 4 full days in Budapest.

BUT, I enjoyed Prague more than Vienna and I sort of like Budapest the most.
