Suggestions for Solo Female Travel in September

I'm 29 and planning a solo 2/3-week trip to Europe in September to hopefully round out my goal of visiting 30 countries before I turn 30 (I have 3 to go!). The trip will start off by visiting family in Liechtenstein, but then considering the following:

Option 1) Scandanavia tour: Sweden, Norway, Finland

Option 2) Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia

Option 3) UK Tour: Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales

Any input on safety/affordability/and best areas to visit in September would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Option 1) September temp high 60F/ Cost $139 per day/ liberal attitude. I enjoyed Stockholm for Art and Culture. Most speak English.
Option 2) September temp high 73F/ Cost $102 per day/ macho attitudes. Not all speak English. Beautiful location.
Option 3) September temp high 66F/ Cost $150 per day/ friendly attitudes. Most speak English. I am of English Heritage.
These were recent reports online. I have traveled in all of these countries. I felt most comfortable in the UK. But I also enjoyed France.

There is no bad answer here. I might give 2) an edge - no logic involved. Start in Slovenia and work your way south.
