Looking for recommendations please for a place to go for Jan-Feb to escape Canadian cold winter.
Love art, music, history, swimming (indoors during winter), hiking, cuisine…Hoping to live like a local in one place for two months or two places for a month each. Went to Rome, Malta and Siracusa for a couple weeks before in the winter and loved them all.
Need something accommodation wise not too pricey. Just retired. Husband has been to Spain and Portugal and interested in something different. Looking at Lecce, Chania, Nafplio, Naples…Any thoughts on these places in the winter or other places you’d recommend? Thank you very much!
