My daughter is studying in Madrid this spring 2024 but knows no one and is having trouble meeting others.
She wants to visit other countries and explore but doesn’t feel comfortable going solo.
Can anyone recommend any student travel agencies that do group trips/tours throughout Europe?

Where is she studying in Madrid? Who's program? When our son spent a semester at the U of Madrid, there were all kinds of student groups and programs gear to integrate the students. The US students in his program met weekly. He enjoyed most the language pairing where he met a couple times a week with a local Spanish student who could only speak English and he could only speak Spanish during meeting. The school arranged internship (non-paid) in local businesses. Again for language skill building and cultural awareness. As part of the program he shared a room with another student in the home of a local resident.
Has she explored what the university offers? What does her university's student abroad office suggest? It is important that she interacts with the local student population.
