So a few years ago, I wandered Albania for a couple of weeks and in Korća, I spur of the moment hired a guide from Tours by Locals for a half day. It was a delightful half day. My guide is an English teacher near where I was staying and we stay in touch. Today her school posted this tourism (and English project) video done by the 8th graders, acting as local tour guides. (I got permission to share - I thought some of you might like it.)

I think you have to be logged in to FB.
I loved this video for a few reasons: First, tourism infrastructure is still developing in Albania and I loved seeing how she has exposed her students to the concept, as well as teaching English. Second, not many from the U.S. get to Albania and even fewer would get across the country to Korća (much closer to Lake Ohrid and N. Makaconia. Third, obviously I loved seeing some of the places I went. And last, they are just cute!
