We are on a river cruise from Regensburg, Germany to Budapest 14-21 July.
I have been trying to find news that water levels resulting in cancellations.
I found one dated June 6, but that was three weeks ago.
Can anyone advise?

I suggest you reach out to your cruise company regarding this. They will be the best source of information regarding changes due to low or high water. Each ship is somewhat unique regarding depth of water needed to travel and dock safely. Additionally, under these circumstances some lines move passengers by bus during the day and are able to move their ships sans passengers to the next destination.
The above is a link to a cruise critic forum on river cruising with specific thread on water levels. There is a regular poster who posts water levels and highlights issues named notamermaid.
They posted this on Tuesday:

said: And in general -- how is the river now? Not too bad. The bad
flooding has basically gone, i.e. it is close to the Black Sea or has
drained into it already. For now, not too much water is coming from
Germany. The river has still been a bit high but from what I have
gathered is now closer to the long term mean. All in all looking
pleasant, with a nice buffer for dry, hot days in July.
If you go to that thread and read the latest pages, you get a sense of problem spots. (For instance, recently high water made some bridge passings problematic.)
Please note: We personally don't river cruise but friends of ours who do told of this forum.
Good luck!
I arrived in Passau on June 18 and from my hotel room window, I look out on the Danube. The first few days, the water level was still quite high and I did not see any cruise ships passing. On the city webcam, it was clear that some cruise ships were double-parked at the "Austrian" side of the bridges. Since earlier this week, however, everything looks normal, and from time to time I see cruise ships, some going towards Regensburg, others towards Austria.
Of course, if you want to be absolutely sure, it would be best to contact your cruise company.
