Posting in a forum where I'd wager 100% of the readers, more concerned about being a victim of them rather than wanting to be a customer, would rather punch them then pay them.
I suspect the target audience is not the sophisticated readers of this forum, but they just want to get the posts appearing in Google searches, which is where their potential customers look. Do a Google search for "buy fake passport".
The posts have a certain entertainment value. I doubt the passports would work to get you into the passport's country, they are scanned and (presumably) checked against the list of issued passports; but they might get you into a third country.
Yeah, they know that posts on this forum are quickly scanned by search engines, so they're using the board as disposable web hosting. It's why the RS team really need to come up with a way of getting the posts deleted faster, as in within minutes.
This is an excellent, no cost, advertisement free forum that serves a very good purpose. Personally I think the RS web crew does a very good job. The junk that appeared over the weekend is so obviously a spam scam that I just ignore it. The RS crew will take care of it in good time without me getting my knickers in a wad.
