Is a Rick Steves convertible carry type bag (9"x21"x14") on allowed as a carry on with SkyEurope?

From their website...
* SkyEurope allows strictly one piece of cabin baggage, which must not exceed the size of 55x40x20 cm and it must be light enough for the pasengers to place it safely in the overhead lockers without any assistance. Should the size of the cabin baggage exceed the aforesaid limits, the baggage will be carried in the baggage hold, and it will be considered as checked baggage.
Your bag is slight bigger then that (2 inches on the height size), so I imagine if you don't make a fuss about it, they will let you on with it. Otherwise, you will have to check it.
