Purchased 2 bags but in measuring them myself, they don't meet the advertised size of "14x8x21" = 43. With wheels & handles I get 16x8x24 1/2 = 48 1/2. Not including wheels & handles I get 15x8x22 = 45. Flying Continental which has 45 rule, do you think I'll get in on-board as a carry-on?
