I asked this question nearly a year ago but didn't get many responses so I'm asking again....
I have a Pacsafe Metrosafe 200. It doesn't come with a pad for the shoulder strap and I'm looking for one.
Any suggestions?

Have you looked at the onebag.com discussion of shoulder straps? He mentions a wedge that PO workers use that might work.

Frank, we also have a Packsafe Metro 200 and used it last year on our trip. We used the Imak shoulder saver with it and it worked out great. It can be found at their website www.imakproducts.com for $12.99 and at www.allegromedical.com for $9.58. Hope that helps.
