shoes for narrow feet

Does anyone have any suggestions for good walking sandles/shoes for narrow feet. I want something that doesn't lace up and I can wear without socks. I've tried most of the shoes recommended on the graffiti board and they are all too wide. I wear a narrow and an having the darnest time finding shoes to wear while traveling. I had a pair of Teva sandles that are completely worn out and stretched out and are starting to wear blisters. I bought them in 2004 and Teva doesn't make that style anymore. I appreciate your help!

I can't vouch for their travelability, but I always had to wear Nikes in size 14 until I found shoes with a proper width -- now I'm size 10. They tend to be much narrower than other brands. Adidas is a little slim, but not quite so much. Look around on a site like Zappos.com with good reviews where you can choose the width.

My wife has a narrow foot and always had problems finding a comfortable shoe. On our last trip she wore Ecco x-treme Jane models and said they were the most comfortable she has found. They are a sandle type and she wore them more than any other for walking.

My husband and I both have narrow feet and I also have the problem of long. We both have found SAS shoes, both walking and sandles, work very well. I took 2 pair of SAS sandles to Italy last year and wore them all the time with and without socks. They are VERY comfortable. Also New Balance has shoes in AA and longer sizes. I wear those too. Hope you find something that works. I know how difficult it is to find shoes that fit and don't even mention inexpensive. Have fun.

There is a company called Maryland Square that has
narrow shoes in all styles. They have a website and also catalogs. They even offer some of the athletic shoes in narrow which I have never been able to find in a store. I have had good luck with this company ordering narrow shoes!!!

A good slip on shoe for men are Comfortech's by Florsheim. Clarks offers an almost identical model. I have a narrow foot and love Comfortech's. They are available in a 'B' width. A bit dressy as well as comfortable. Great for going through security lines, easy on and off, plus being a great walking shoe. Appropriate with Jeans or a Suit. (IMO)
