Does anyone have experience shipping luggage home from Europe to US? What service did you use and approximately what was the cost?

It will be expensive but easy to determine. Go to any of the web sites for Fed Ex, UPS. DAHL, etc., and plug in some numbers and you can get an estimate.

If you have a military connection. The base post offices will charge the same rate as parcel post in the states (or at least did, haven't used it for awhile).
