Sharing Information on Special Offer I received from Eating Europe on a new Flexi-Pass

Dear RS Forum Community

This is not SPAM. I just received this note in my email from the Eating Europe folks. They have a special offer for those of us who are dreaming of a trip to Europe, but are waiting to see how the situation stabilizes. I wanted to share this with the RS community along with the promo code for the coupon savings 20% of any tour this year.

I included the full email text below for your reference.

Enjoy,
Sandy

To my fellow foodies,

We understand with the unknown surrounding the spread of the Coronavirus, many of you are rethinking your holiday plans or even reconsidering and canceling your summer vacation in Europe.

As fellow curious travelers, we know what it’s like to dream about a trip to a wonderful destination and imagine tasting the homemade cacio e pepe, smelling the freshly-baked croissants or sipping on a frothy brew with a view of the iconic Prague Castle. We don’t want to stop dreaming either!

Sadly, we don’t have a crystal ball. But we do know things will improve and life will return to normal. When it does, we'll be excited to welcome you back to our delicious destinations around Europe to eat, laugh and experience the people and culture in each of these fascinating cities.

Understanding this uncertainty and discomfort of this moment, we have created the Flexi-Pass™. This flexible food tour pass, that doesn’t expire, can be redeemed at any time for any of our tours and experiences. And what’s even better is that if you buy the Flexi-Pass™ now, you can save 30% off your future tour without the pressure of knowing the dates and details of your next holiday.

We know that once things go back to normal, you’ll be out traveling the world, looking for the best cities and local foods! So remember, don’t let this brief moment in time stop you from dreaming about that homemade pasta and mouth-watering Dutch apple pie. We will make sure it’s waiting for you whenever you arrive!

From your fellow foodie,

Kenny Dunn - Founder of Eating Europe

P.S. If you're currently traveling or are ready to book now, use promo code SPRING2020 to save 20% off any tour this year!

I received the same email. Since I am planning for a Europe trip next year it seems like a good offer. I just don’t know when, where and with whom (or solo) I will be traveling. I have three alternative trips thought out and Eating Europe offers tours in two cities. So my dilemma is do I buy a pass for one or for two people.
SIL and I enjoyed the Sunday Rome tour of the Jewish Ghetto. I’m considering London and Paris next year.
I emailed Eating Europe: the offer will expire but when is unknown.

Edited to make a little more sense. Sorry, I have the flu today and not thinking clearly. Yes, I’m sure it’s the flu.

Huh. We have a tour booked with them in Rome in May. Haven't heard anything new, though.
