Starting Monday, all restaurants and bars in Italy will have to close by 6 PM. Spain will impose a 11 PM to 6 AM curfew.

Current new Covid cases and new deaths per capita are a lot higher in Spain and France than the US.

Spain 19,851 new cases and 231 deaths on the same day with a population of 46,800,000
