The only one I know is galerieslafayette.com but I don't think their website lets me designate my order as a gift.

You could use amazon.fr It's easy, especially if you are already set up in amazon.com. I think all you need to do is to add a new ship to address on the amazon.fr site.

How old is your friend and what type of clothing are you looking to send her? GAP, H&M and many other retailers will let you shop on their US sites and ship to France these days.

H&M online in USA...nope! They've not yet opened up their site here for e-commerce...God knows why?
