Select Europass / Amsterdam to Munich Night Sleeper

3 of us are thinking of taking a night train from Amsterdam to Munich and would like a 3 (or 4)person sleeper. Would the Select Europass (4 countries) cover that or would we have to pay separately or extra for that? I can't seem to find that info anywhere on the given websites.

Just for context, we will be on a 14 day trip, starting from Amsterdam, to Munich, Salzburg, Zurich, Lucerne, then back to Amsterdam.

Thanks!

Sleepers always cost extra and you should try to call ahead and reserve.

A rail pass only includes the rail part of your trip. Accommodations are an extra charge.

You can book accommodations online from the Bahn website. Put in Amsterdam Centraal to Muenchen Hbf, your date, 1900 as the time, and three adults. When it shows the connection possibilities, pick the CNL train. Select "Check availability" and put in your ages. It will take you back to the previous page. When you select "Check availability" again, it will take you to a page with a table of charges. Click on "book only extra charge" at the bottom of the page, then Eurail pass, it will take you to a page with the extra charge for various accommodation options. Since the Select pass is a 1st class pass; pick "1. class Extra charge" > "3 persons in a T3 Deluxe cabin" (a deluxe cabin has a toilet and shower in the cabin). Proceed to book.
