It's time again for our monthly meeting of the Helpliners. Details ---- Saturday, May 19th at 10:00 a.m. at the Panera Bread located at 3571 North Freeway Blvd., Sacramento. It is off I-80 at the Truxel Rd. exit. The meeting is open to anyone who would like to come. Ask your travel questions, share your travel stories, or just come talk about travel! So my question is, who's coming?

Where's Eileen? Still trying out her Rolling Backpack?

I have a ton of lemons on my tree. Let me know if you want me to bring some to the meeting. I 'hear' they make some tasty limoncello. ;-)

Eileen is home! I just got back a couple of days ago. I think things are stable - for now - with my mother's health. I'm going to enjoy my month or so at home before I need to return to Texas. Yes, I'll bring the RSRB - packed, with RS packing cubes - so you can check it out. My review is mixed...I have to say that I did enjoy rolling my bag for a change :-) Of course, it was all smooth sidewalks and airport halls...I've gotta tweak the 'backpack' feature to make it useable for me. Hopefully, I'll remember to bring the new guide bag for iPads, too. Ummm...Andrea, if you have waaaay too many lemons, I could be persuaded to take a 'batch'...and I'll replace my icky hand peeler ;-) I'm excited to see everyone! (and 'Hi, Darcy!')

Hi Eileen and Andrea!
Glad you're back Eileen. One of these years I'll have to get back to "Sacto" and try to plan it for a limoncello-making party. Hmmm, or maybe just a limoncello tasting party! Does Panera allow you to bring your own or do you have to smuggle it in in your carryon bag?

What Panera doesn't know...As long as it's in containers smaller than 100ml, we're good. Many, many containers...;-) (just joshing, Panera - when we're there, we're simply high on travel talk...to the best of my knowledge.)

I don't know Eileen. I have suspected for some time that you do a little limoncello tasting in the parking lot before you come in. Isn't that why you're usually late? ;-)

Would love some lemons. I've seen Eileen in the parking lot hoisting a bottle labeled
"Travel Talk".....yes, I believe she is high on travel talk....

LOL! You may see me hoisting a bottle of some sort - guess who broke her hip this morning?!? Mom's already had successful surgery, and is expected to remain in ICU through the weekend...She was out of the hospital for a whopping 9 nights this time :-( Andrea, I'll start earlier this weekend; maybe on Friday...;-) My packing demonstration may not be for show; I may just take off after the meeting!!! I need a vacation... Shelley, you know where to find us next month!
