Sacramento Group Meeting - July 16th

If anyone is interested in changing things up for the August meeting (date, venue, activity, etc) be thinking about some options so we can discuss it. On the the hand, we can do what we always do. There is nothing wrong with that!!

We'll be there with an update about our trip. We'll bring along our 2,000 pictures and 3 hours of video. Hope everyone has 8 hours or so to enjoy our trip!

Good one, Kent! OK - I'll bring a white sheet and thumbtacks for the slideshow screen. Panera won't mind a few holes in their wall. You know I'll be there ;-)

(with echo effect) Hello (hello hello hello...) Anyone else there (there there there...)?!? OK - if I promise not to come, would that change anything (besides the volume level)?!? (crickets chirping) Just 'us'?!? Really?!?

Eileen, don't forget we have some people who like to come 'unannounced', so we may have more people. Eileen will raffle off a prize for all attendee's... :-)

Eileen did bring the cats once to the original Panera Bread we were meeting at. That's why we can't return there. Don't encourage her Nigel...

So sorry - A & E ---- Afraid I'm going to have to miss yet another of the meetings......(suggestion for August.......Charleston, SC ...lovely little city!!!!!!). And ... yes I'll be there in spirit (of limoncello, of course).

Sorry you'll miss another meeting Elaine. If you had come last month you would have received what the other attendees did...some homemade limoncello. I like your idea for next month. We'll work on that... :-)

Miranda, I hope you can make it! The more, the merrier... And speaking of, the cats will be in disguise; the Panera Peeps will never recognize them... Andrea, I'll be bringing my empty limoncello container...;-)

After reading the Atlanta thread, I was going to suggest that we could sit outside, but I think it may be too cold LOL! Perhaps by Sat AM it'll have warmed up a bit...for July 16 ;-) We'll just come prepared with lap blankets and jackets if necessary, then shed the layers as it warms up!

I hope to be there, especially if the lemoncello is flowing! Just booked a Danube cruise to Budapest, Prague, Berlin, Vienna and Dresden. Am just starting my research now, so if you have any recs for these places, please let me know!

So sorry to all our RS friends. We will not be able to attend the meeting today as we had planned.
Our daughter is in the middle of purchasing a car and needs our help evaluating it today. Darn...we were going to keep you all there to see our pictures until at least dinner tonight!

Sorry I missed the last two, I was out of town both times, but should be there for August since school starts the following Monday. Summer just keeps getting shorter.
