Sacramento Area Helpline Meeting - Sat. June 25

Sorry I'm a little late this month (not a word from you, Andrea). We usually have our little get-togethers on the 3rd Sat of the month, but due to scheduling conflicts we're meeting at 10:00 AM on the 25th this month. The address is the same: Panera Bread at 3571 N Freeway Blvd in Natomas (that's one exit east of I-80; go north on Truxel and you're nearly there!). I hope to see some of you who haven't attended yet! If you like to talk about 'Travels in Europe', then this is the place! I hope the registered trademark people don't come knocking on my door...;-)

Geez..you give someone a simple little job to do.... I will be there if I have sufficiently recovered from last nights wedding and then today's BBQ for 40 people. I was waiting for you to show up at my house to show us the REAL way to BBQ...Texas Style. My MIL was no help! See you then. ;-)

Ummmm, yeah - I had my 'secretary' edit the 'question' to now read 10:00...;-) Actually, I thought it might be fun this month for people to guess the meeting time. Guess not, huh? Oh - I'll be there! And perhaps my DH...

If it would make him feel better, we could get there a little late ;-)

I'll bring a countdown clock - we'll need it! Or...we'll have to start earlier ;-)

Yoo-hoo... Anybody else out there? Did everyone else sneak off to Europe and not tell us?!?

Eileen, Maybe you could raffle off a door prize to the attendees. Note: the prize can't belong to me. I like my odds... ;-)

I think it's very selfish of you to always have the Sacramento meeting in Sacramento. You could hold it in Hilton Head just one time!!!

Elaine, you're right - I just don't know why we're so set in our ways about such things; habit, I guess ;-) Ummm, Andrea - I've got some old cat litter boxes - think those would make good prizes? Get back to me on that...

Elaine, I would be more than willing to hold the next Sacramento meeting in Hilton Head. You will send out your private jet to pick us up, right? If you do that, I will bring you not just one, but two bottles of my delicious home-made limoncello. You would get both your bottle AND Eileen's bottle. ;-) Eileen, used cat boxes are not going to entice people to come to the meeting. Also, I am already in possession of some. No more are necessary!

Sorry we missed your last gathering, but I just got back on RS last week after being "away" for some time. Including most of May spent in Italy and on a cruise while there. If plans are being made for another meeting next month or in August, we may be around for that.
