Will the RS Civita Day Pack fit under an airplane seat?
Definitely! I've been taking mine and putting it under the seat in front of me for years.
Me too!
Jim, Generally speaking, the Civita bag will fit under an airplane seat. However, that may depend on whether it's fully packed. Since it uses a soft-sided design, if all three pockets are fully loaded with light but bulky items, it could be quite thick. The type of aircraft you're on may have a bearing on this also. Larger planes used for transcontinental flights usually have a reasonable amount of room under the seats. Smaller aircraft such as the DH-3 are a bit more "cramped". Some planes have equipment mounted under the seats, which restricts leg room.
