I just received his free 2024 calendar in the mail. : )
I’ve stood in the exact spot of some of the photos - great memories. And, I will have 30 days to look at a few countries’ photos during 2024, enticing me to sign up for those tours in the future!
From his calendar - Czech Republic, Greece, Ireland, Poland & Portugal are countries I haven’t traveled, yet.
The photos must be wonderful, and inspiring. I assume that Rick’s not in any of them … or is he?
Are photos in big cities, or small villages (or back-door neighborhoods of cities), or countryside?
Maybe the type of setting varies by the country. Any animals pictured? Any food?
This is the first year I decided to not buy any calendars and only hang the "free to tour members" calendar in my kitchen. I was starting to think this was the year they stopped, so glad to hear they are on the way!

I suspect the guides or Cameron took them while in Europe.
A mix of countryside & city with some donkeys in the Greece photo and some geese in the Ireland one.
The photos that are duplicates of ones I’ve taken were at Korcula Island in Croatia, outside the Louvre in Paris, at Bacharach, Germany, at Florence’s Cathedral, and at Sevilla, Spain’s Alcazar.

So, I took my first Rick Steves tour this year (a My Way). Should I be expecting a calendar?
Janet, I assume you will be receiving one, too, since you took a RS tour. I was on his Best of the Adriatic tour this year; otherwise, it’s been ten years since I traveled with a tour, so this was a nice surprise.
Glad to hear they are on their way. I was out today trying to find a calendar since I didn’t get one this year from Rick Steves. I wish they would come before Christmas. I’ll just have to be patient.
