Rolling 180 Days clarification.

Hello,

I have read a bunch of posts but I did not find a definitive answer.

I was staying on a type D visa which ended on 08/01/2019. So my 180 period in theSchengen started the next day. Here are the dates I've been here:

09/01/2019 - 16/03/2019 - 67 Days

Re-entered:

13/06/2019 - 04/07/2019 (leaving) - 22 Days

Total: 89 Days

Now if I understand correctly on 07//07/2019 my prior days would start falling off as it is a rolling period. So I could then return after this and stay for another 67 days?

it isn't 180 days - it is 90 days in any 180.

You may have overstayed.

Thanks for replying but if you read my post you can see that I would be there 89 days in a 180 day period.

I don't think you are counting days correctly for the 180 days.

January 9th to to July 9th is 180 days. Your days would not start "falling off" on the 7th. You could not return until the 9th and I would make it the 10th to give myself some "wiggle room."

No, January 9 to July 7 is 180 days, including the beginning and end days.

Ok great so I would be good to come back on 08/07/2019 (day 181) for 67 days? As the days would be falling off now.
