REI has Rick's bags on clearance. Just picked up two. They are only in green, but a great deal.

Jim - dont forget to mention these are the previous model - Risk just put out some new and imporved versions (but last year's model works just a great and if you like green - its a great price at REI!)
Also check Ebay - as sellers seem to be clearing our the older models on sale as well.
