Rick's MP3 audio files for museums and tours

I purchased a SanDisk Sansa Fuze to play Rick's downloadable files. I was able to download them ok and am able to unzip and play on my PC, I can even copy the zipped files to the MP3 player, BUT, I cannot play the zipped files on the MP3 player, or transfer the unzipped files to the MP3 player. The Sansa Fuze uses Rahpsody as a management software. I sent a question to the SanDisk help desk, but they will probably not know about Rick's files. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this? I am not a computer Guru by any means. Thanks for any help - leaving soon for Italy and would love to have Rick's audio guides.

Mike,

I'm also not a "computer guru", but the only thing that comes to mind is that the SanDisk OS isn't compatible with some aspect of Rick's files?

I know this won't be much help, but the only suggestion I can think of would be to return the SanDisk and pick up an IPod. If you were thinking of using any of Rick's "tour app's", the large screen on the Touch model really works well.

Good luck!

I don't know about zipped files, but you should certainly be able to transfer unzipped MP3 files (i.e. file with a .mp3 extension) to your player. What happens when you attempt that?
