Remington Wet to Dry

Did anyone use this flat iron in Europe? If so, does it work well? Should your hair be somewhat dry? I have thick hair with a stubborn curl--my CHI works great, will this Remington be desent for a month in Europe (with no blow dryer)? Thanks.

I am also wondering why Sheila thinks she will have no access to a blow dryer. Most hotels will have one and if there isn't one in the room, ask the front desk. In the worst case scenario, buy a cheap one for 20 €.

I've never used this in Europe, but I use it at home. My hair is the same as yours, hard to straighten. The dryer your hair is, the better it works. If your hair is wet when you try to use it, your hair gets severely dried out when finally straightened (it takes a while if your hair is wet). If I don't have access to a blow dryer, I usually just shower at night, then straighten my hair in the morning. It doesn't take longer than 20-30 minutes with the Remington.
Enjoy your trip [:
