I toured NY on a double decker Grayline and LOVED it! We could hop on an off. We will only be in London for 1.5 days so we want to see the most we can. Which tour agency did you like best? Also, should we buy when we get there or before?

There are a couple of companies that seem to be about the same. I thought it was a great way to the high points in a short time. We went all the way around and then went back to the places we wanted to see in more depth. Be sure to use the evening walking tours that are included.

We used Big Bus company and enjoyed it. It's really convenient to get on and off throughout london. In addition you can buy tickets from them for the major sights like the tower of london for less $$ and not have to wait in line when you get there. I would wait until to arrive in London to buy your tickets. We bought them from our hotel concierge and they were running a special and we received 4 days for the price of 2!
