I have made my rail pass reservations however we are adding my Niece to the trip and would like to add her to our exact itinerary. I can add he to my profile but I don't see what to do next. Anyone have any tips
With whom do you have this account? Rail Europe's web site, for instance, does not allow you to select seats, but if you worked through their phone agent for an extra fee, that agent could search for seats close to wherever you've already been assigned.
In what countries are you traveling? Do the trains in question actually require seat reservations or did you just want them? If the latter, then trying to book her near you may be more trouble than it's worth. Or you could work with a live ticket agent in a train station at the start of the trip.
I have the account with EUrail we are traveling to Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Germany and have global rail passes.
I woul be willing to pay a fee if I knew the number to call.
Are you talking about adding her to your pass, or to seat reservations. If seat reservations, read this Eurail page.
If you ordered through Eurail, then you probably have to start by emailing them. See also http://www.eurail.com/en/help or Lee's link. Sorry, I have not worked with their online booking system.
Given your list of countries, the majority of your trains won't actually require reservations, in which case she could board with you and use any available seat nearby. You might need a couple of reservations for faster trains in Sweden and Norway.
Adding her to your existing rail pass may be more trouble and expense than it's worth, but that partly depends on whether you bought an individual pass or already got a group discount. There is now a youth discount for either 1st or 2nd class Global passes and she qualifies if she's under age 28 at the start of travel.
