Has anyone had problems with receiving tickets from rail.ninja company?

Avoid 3rd party ticket companies and book direct from the company that operates the train instead.

Sadly I thought that I had ordered my tickets directly from the train company. I posted this so that others won’t make this mistake.

Out of curiosity , I looked at the Tripadvisor link that going 234 posted . A few weeks ago , in a similar thread I had looked at railninja on behalf of another poster , and found an identical discrepancy - Having purchased tickets on OeBB ( Austrian State Railways ) , I then looked at Railninja . The price there for the same trip was TRIPLE what I paid . Not surprised you were snagged , alot of third party resellers ( not only rail tickets , but hotels as well ) are making their sites resemble the genuine sites of the actual providers . Sometimes it can be difficult to catch this for several reasons ., so don't beat yourself up .
