Isn't this the Norwegian who won Eurovision a couple of years ago? (I'm a big Eurovision fan ... wish they would broadcast it in the States)

Looks like there's life after Eurovision for some besides ABBA. The Belgian production Studio 100 seems to specialize in particularly catchy jingles aimed at a pre-teen audience. A few of these songs (like the Kabouterdans) caught on with adults in the sort of situations that involve copious alcohol consumption (apres ski, weddings, soccer games, etc).
