Hubby and i always travel with refillable water bottles and it's time to replace them.
Rick sells a nice stainless steel one. Question: does it sweat when you fill it with a cold beverage?
Thanks

Haven't seen a RS SS water bottle but have metal water bottles. Single wall metal (anodized aluminum, stainless steel) water bottles will sweat in warm humid environments. Double wall insulted (e.g. Hyrdo Flask) are less inclined to sweat.
It is a single layer metal, and it sweats when I put ice in it. To get one that does not sweat, I have to use one with a double layer of metal.
Don’t have a Rick Steves bottle but our stainless steel containers also do dent. They’re tough, but can pick up dings and creases while on the move.
Try a koozie. It's a very light weight foam jacket. Prevents sweating and keeps beverages cooler longer. google to see what they look like.
Camelbak
Lightweight, stays cold, doesn't sweat.( Less expensive at a bike store or Amazon.)
