I'm living in China right now and I'm heading home to the US through Europe in June. Olympics start end of July, how early will it be felt in London(if it's not already)? I'm trying to figure out if visiting London before the Games will more expensive, busier than usual or should I skip London altogether. Would it make any difference flying into London early June as opposed to early July? Thanks

June is the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebration. Will be HUGE! I LOVE London but honestly between the Jubilee and the Olympics I'd stay away. Have you been to Paris? Rome?
