I can recommend a town that might fit better for lunch: Lindau on the Bodensee.

Hopefully someone will have a good idea for breakfast for you, but just to note, restaurants that serve full breakfasts aren't very common over here (at least in the countries I know best). You can get a light breakfast at just about any bakery, though.

Most hotels in Switzerland also provide a nice breakfast, if you are staying in a hotel and not departing too early.
