I am traveling to France this fall with Delta. My tickets have changed 4 times. I expected multiple changes. It's the nature of travel in 2021. What I didn't expect is that I wouldn't necessarily be notified of the changes. My changes were substantive. In fact one change was of the departure day to the following day. I also would have thought that the change would be to something similar to the original tickets. Twice I was changed to connecting flights when I had purchased nonstop. It honestly wouldn't be so bad if the hold times for DELTA representatives weren't so lengthy. When I finally reached agents, they were very good about remedying the issue. So now, I have a nonstop leaving a day before my original departure day. I'm all good, no harm done, but I will continue to monitor these tickets.

My ticket home from Europe was cancelled, changed from Texas to Chicago with no notification. Thank god I looked and fixed it!!

I do get notified of all the Delta changes so you might check to make sure your profile is set up correctly.
That said I still check weekly (I also check pricing.... I now have a $200 credit for future travel)
Delta at least does schedule changes on Saturday. So that means Sunday and early in the week are the worst to call. I called a few weeks ago on a Thursday evening and was talking to an agent in 5 minutes.

@ Carol. I got notified of one of the changes, not the other 3. I don't know if perhaps they do them in batches, and/or I see the change before they send a notifications, but I don't trust them to send me a notification. When I make a change with an agent, I do get the change email right away.

Where are the emoticons on this site? ;) Now I got a change notice and can't find a change. I think this might be confirm that the notices are sent in a batch a few days after the change.
