prepaid phone cards

I found some old prepaid phone cards in a drawer that still have money on them. Could I use them in Europe from my iphone without AT&t charges?

Any time you use your phone for a call you are using minutes. And if your phone is set up for international calling, you will be charged, the same way you would be using minutes in the US even if you were using a prepaid card to pay for your long distance. Only AT&T can tell you for sure just how much it will cost.

Sandi, the answer is "No."
The only way to use up the value on the cards is to use them with a pay phone or some other landline and by calling a toll-free number in each country you're in.
