Poland After Baltics Tour

I am considering visiting Poland after my Gate 1 Baltics tour. I will end that tour October 21 in Vilnius, Lithuania. In searching a bit for transportation to Poland, it appears I can’t get directly to Gdansk.. I envision going Gdansk , Warsaw, and Krakow in a logical sweep. Does anyone have advice on the efficient way to see these areas without backtracking a lot? I will have up to 10 or 11 days in Poland. Airfare is not booked yet.

We did a great tour of Poland for about a week many years ago. We love the country and its people.
Krakow was the most impressive and historical city. Also, we did visit the Auschwitz concentration camp, it is very chilling.

You should consider what airport that you wish to fly out of and save that city for the last.
Either end in Krakow or end in Gdansk.

What methods of transport did you check? Vilnius and Gdansk are connected by a direct Wizzair flight and a certain number of long-distance coaches.

I’m doing a tour of Poland after a Baltics tour in September. I explored transportation options and determined flying was the best option for me.

I met friends in Krakow last summer before we flew to Vilnius to begin an organized tour of the Baltics with G Adventures / GEEO. Some of us used a Rick Steves recommended guide for a trip to Auschwitz and a trip to Częstochowa from Krakow. We traveled to Vilnius via Polish Airlines, which included a short layover in Warsaw. Polish Airlines also operates flights to Gdansk. Consider reviewing the flight schedules for Polish Airlines to reach the locations you would like to visit.
