You should also download the Rick Steves AudioEurope App while in the App Store.

It's easier if you download the podcast via the "Podcasts" app. The app should already be load on your device.

And once you have the Audio Europe app downloaded, you can download the individual self-guided tours when you have WiFi, then listen without data charges.
