If jet lag is an issue for you, maybe look at the app Timeshifter which is based on NASA science for shifting circadian rhythms for astronauts. The first round trip is free, then if it works for you you can pay for subsequent trips. I had extremely good luck with using it for a short trip to Scotland in August.
