When in Italy, I always buy white Perofil Mens Tee Shirts but cannot find them in the ststes or on line. I know that Coin carries them and hope that someone may have some insite on where or how I can purchase them in the states or on line. Thank You

Just did a Google search and a handful of US sources popped up. But, could be the white t-shirt styles they offer do not include your favorite. I Googled "Perofil men's t shirt." Most sources indicated Italian-made. Sears even popped up with Perofil, but didn't indicate their shirts were Italian (but worth calling).
