Just don't fly Ryanair unless you want to spend a LOT of time getting to Beauvais airport, which is 75-minutes from Paris.

Instead I would fly either Easyjet (out of Orly to Ciampino (Rome's second airport, about the same distance as Rome's main airport from the city) or Vueling which goes from DeGualle to Rome's main airport. If the prices are close I would pick Easyjet, just to avoid having to deal with DeGualle, which can be a bit of a mess at times.

Agree with David....avoid Ryanair and Beauvais airport. Not only is it AT LEAST a 75 minute drive, but you have to get yourself to a noisy, crowded bus parking lot in northwestern Paris to catch the bus. Vueling and easyet are your best options....but be aware of the checkin deadlines and the baggage charges.

I was reading that you can take a Seine River Tour, is this tour like a river bus, where we could get on and off at different locations for one fee or once you are on you do not get off until the tour is over?

I believe there is one hop on hop off type of Seine boat tour, but I haven't taken it. The other boat tours take you down the river and back, they are not real long. Pleasant to just sit back and relax and let Paris pass you by.

To your second question - the HOHO (hop-on, ho-off) boat company is Batobus.

Why I remember this stuff is beyond me.

Are there hotels near the Seine River in Paris? My plan is to use the Batobus (thanks for that tip), for the most of our stay in Paris. Now there is one day I want to spend at Disneyland (6 year old may get tired of Museums and old churches), what is the best way to get to Disneyland from Paris?
