Can you? Yes. Should you? No. It will only cost you more if you do and it is easy to buy it in Paris.

You might want to check the Paris Museum Pass web site, as it will indicate where the Pass can be purchased.
As Tim said, it's best and cheaper to just buy it in Paris.

I bought mine at the tourist info booth at CDG along with my RER ticket into Paris.
