I just brought my PMP for my trip in March. After reading the page it said i could sign on back and that is when my pass will start and i can have the pass for up to a year. When I got the pass I noticed it said 2008 then I went back to site and noticed that the 1 year active pass is within that same year. I have tried contacting the website but they do not respond back in English. What do I do?

Well from whom did you purchase it ? Can you type out their response here( we can translate it).
I am going to add for posters who are not aware, it is not nessesary to purchase the pass ahead, and it costs more to do so.
