Just buy them when you arrive. One less thing to lose/forget when packing before you leave. It only takes a minute to buy them.

Discounts are available if you buy on line.
I bought an IAmstrdam card with nearly 20% discount online.
As always, there are many similar cards and passes - make certain you are familiar with your selection prior to purchase.

Your Navigo Decourverte you need to get there, I don't think you can buy it a head of time. Its and easy process. The Museum Pass is cheaper if purchased in Paris. You can pick them up from CDG or if arriving by train at the train stations. Museums, certain sites & tobacco stores carry it as well.
