only 3full days in Venice

love architecture, not into multiples churches, nor religious art...Am wondering about spending a day to do the Brenta canal villa trip? Have always wanted to see at least Villa Foscari...suggestions?

Richard - I couldn't agree less than with the previous poster - You could spend a lifetime in Venice and it would be great. To suggest that 3 days is too long is plain foolishness. So many things to see, so much to do!! Please Please do not be swayed by that type of "ADVICE"

I am not quite sure what your question is...

However, I will comment on the title of this post:

3 full days in Venice is a LOOOOOONG time in Venice.

Been to Venice 4 times, as little as 4 hours and as much as 3 days and 2 nights. You can easily spend 3 to 4 days in Venice, just be aware it is probably one of the more expensive cities for accomodations in Italy. Decide how many days you have for vacation and allocate what you need. Rome would need approximatey same amount of time and Florance maybe one night less.
