OBB Nightjet Cancellation or Refund? (German rail strike, now no strike)

I have a Nightjet ticket from Brussels to Vienna tomorrow (5/15). At first they sent email there was going to be a strike, and tickets were cancelled. Now they cancelled the cancellation.

Any special wisdom for getting refund? They won't even let me cancel ticket online or within app. I did buy travel insurance, but haven't been able to reach them either. I feel like I'm sending emails and online messages into the void. On Friday I waited on the phone to Austria OBB for about 10 minutes before giving up. (Nicht gut!)

Alternatively, I wish I could transfer tickets to someone. Or even that I could go online and cancel the silly thing - so someone who was hoping to make trip could go. This is a fairly coveted ticket for a single cabin sleeper (albeit not the one with shower). I felt lucky to get them a few months ago, when they first appeared for sale. Now I have other plans/can't use ticket. Anyway, thanks in advance for any ideas.

You'd be better off cancelling your alternative plans and using the planned sleeper train, if the train is now running.
As the train is running you won't get a refund.
It is also unlikely your insurance will pay out to cancel either mode of transport.
You've panicked, and will almost certainly have to bear the cost of that decision.
Had you contacted your insurers BEFORE booking alternative transport you would be in a far better place right now.
Any reputable insurer has a 24/7 claims line and email.
Learn from this going forwards.
